摘要
随着高速公路建设重心逐渐向山区转移,隧道工程造价对控制整个高速公路工程建设成本影响重大。依托某高速公路工程建设,统计分析了全线28 km隧道工程围岩等级和相应设计支护参数对应的隧道延米单价,指出隧道工程建设单价的主要控制因素分别为隧道围岩分级、弃渣占地和弃渣综合利用,并提出“立体式”判定围岩等级、细化支护参数、综合利用弃渣等合理化建议及措施,以期达到节约造价、实现绿色低碳、安全环保高速公路工程建设的目的。
As the focus of the expressway construction gradually shifts to mountainous areas,the tunnel construction cost greatly influences the control of the entire expressway construction cost.Based on the 28-kilometer-long tunnel construction of an expressway,this paper counted and analyzed the unit price of the tunnel length meter corresponding to the surrounding rock classification and the designed support parameter,and indicated that the main controlling factors of the unit price of the tunnel construction were the tunnel surrounding rock classification,occupied area of the waste slag,and comprehensive waste slag utilization.Reasonable suggestions and measures such as"three-dimensional"classification of surrounding rock,refinement of support parameters,and comprehensive utilization of waste slag were proposed to save cost and realize the expressway construction with green,low-carbon,safe,and environmental protection.
