摘要
如何利用各种评估量表,精准、动态评估膝关节功能障碍的严重程度,并选择合理的诊疗方案和判断预后,是临床治疗膝关节疾病关注的焦点。本文通过复习文献,综合评价了各种量表评估方法及其与治疗方案的相关性,以指导临床诊疗工作。
Accurate and dynamic assessment of the severity of knee joint dysfunction with various assessment scales,selection of a reasonable diagnosis and treatment plan,and prediction of prognosis,are the focus of clinical attention for the treatment of knee joint diseases.To guide clinical diagnosis and treatment,this paper reviewed the literatures and comprehensively evaluated the assessment methods of various scales and their correlation with treatment options.
