eATP-P2X受体介导针刺镇痛作用机制的研究进展

摘要 细胞外三磷酸腺苷(eATP)作为神经递质与P2X受体结合激活离子通道,对痛觉的产生和维持都发挥着重要作用。eATP-P2X受体广泛存在于神经、免疫、平滑肌、心肌、血液及各种腺体细胞中。针刺是一种行之有效的镇痛方法,其穴位信号传导、中枢痛觉调控及效区调节与保护均有eATP-P2X受体的参与。 As a neurotransmitter binding to P2X receptor activates ion channels,extracellular adenosine triphosphate(eATP)plays an important role in the production and maintenance of pain sensation.eATP-P2X receptor exists widely in nerve,immune,smooth muscle,myocardium,blood and various glandular cells.Acupuncture is an effective analgesic method,in which the eATP-P2X receptor is involved in acupoint signal transduction,central pain regulation and effector regulation and protection.
