摘要
针对火炮身管膛线缠度测量问题,提出了一种新的基于多相机图像融合的测量方法。设计了圆柱环境下的多相机联合标定方法并完成相机标定,使用图像融合算法对采集获得的离散图像进行拼接处理,得到火炮身管内膛的全景图像,使用模板匹配的方法进行缠度计算。根据所提出的测量原理和方法搭建了测量系统并在真实环境下进行多组实验。与机械式测量方法相比,该方法可以测量复杂的内壁环境,对于内膛有略微损伤的身管也可以测量。实验数据表明,该方法可以达到的缠度导程精度为±0.5 mm,并且具有较高的稳定性。
Aiming at the problem of rifling measurement in artillery barrel,a new measurement method based on multicamera image fusion was proposed.A multi-camera joint calibration method in cylindrical environment was designed and the camera calibration was completed.The image fusion algorithm was used to splice the collected discrete images,and the panoramic image of the artillery bore was obtained.The entanglements were calculated using template matching method.According to the proposed measurement principle and method,a measurement system is built and several experiments are carried out in the real environment.Compared with the mechanical method,this method can measure the complex inner wall environment,and can also measure the body tube with slight damage to the inner bore.Experimental data show that this method can achieve a precision of±o.5 mm and has high stability.
