摘要
自噬是细胞或者有机体在营养缺乏等环境应激条件下,通过在细胞里产生双层膜自噬体,包裹细胞质或受损伤的细胞器等,将它们运送到溶酶体或液泡中进行降解,维持细胞稳态平衡的重要生物学过程。ATG8是自噬过程中的一个关键蛋白,然而ATG8和自噬、自噬和癌症之间的联系仍不清楚。该文总结了ATG8在自噬的激活、自噬小体成熟以及自噬体与溶酶体融合等自噬过程中的作用,并讨论ATG8蛋白在癌症过程中的促肿瘤和抗肿瘤作用以及在其他疾病中的最新研究进展,为未来开发针对癌症自噬过程的新的抗癌疗法提供参考。
Autophagy is an important biological process by which cells or organisms recycle nutrients and maintain cellular homeostasis by producing bilayer membrane autophagosomes in cells under environmental stress conditions such as nutrient deficiency, wrapping the cytoplasm or damaged organelles, etc.and transporting them to lysosomes or vesicles for degradation.ATG8 is a key protein in the autophagic process, however, the link between ATG8 and autophagy, autophagy however, the link between ATG8 and autophagy, autophagy and cancer remains unclear.This paper summarizes the role of ATG8 in autophagic processes such as activation of autophagy, maturation of autophagic vesicles, and fusion of autophagosomes with lysosomes.It also discusses the pro-and anti-tumor effects of ATG8 protein in cancer process and the recent research progress in other diseases.To provide a reference for the future development of new anti-cancer therapies targeting the autophagic process in cancer.
