摘要
研究湿地土壤中全氮和全磷含量的时空分布,对植物修复具有重要意义。在上海市南汇东滩湿地海三棱藨草(Scirpus mariqueter)群落区,利用2016年5月至2020年10月期间各采样点表层土壤中全氮和全磷含量的监测数据,根据计量学原理,采用地理加权回归方法,应用地理信息系统软件,分析研究区表层土壤中全氮和全磷含量的时空分布特征,筛选影响海三棱藨草密度的主要土壤环境因素。研究结果表明,南汇东滩湿地海三棱藨草群落区表层土壤中全氮质量比的平均值变化在0.11~0.47 g/kg之间,全磷质量比的平均值变化在0.62~1.57 g/kg之间;表层土壤中全氮和全磷含量的时空分布表明,移植海三棱藨草对南汇东滩湿地进行生态修复,取得了一定成效;表层土壤中全氮含量与海三棱藨草的生长和分布关系密切;表层土壤的含盐量和含水量以及采样点高程是海三棱藨草生长和分布的主要影响因素。
To study the spatial and temporal distribution of total nitrogen and total phosphorus contents in the soil of the wetlands is of great significance for plant remediation.In the area of Scirpus mariqueter community in east tidal flat of Nanhui district,Shanghai,monitoring data of total nitrogen and total phosphorus contents in top soil of various sampling points from May 2016 to October 2020 were used.Based on principles of stoicheiometry,the geographically weighted regression method was applied using geographic information system software to analyze the spatiotemporal distribution characteristics of total nitrogen and total phosphorus contents in top soil of the study area and to identify the main soil environmental factors affecting the density of Scirpus mariqueter.The results showed that the average variation range of total nitrogen cotents in top soil of Scirpus mariqueter community area in east tidal flat of Nanhui district were 0.11-0.47 g/kg,and the average variation range of total phosphorus contents were 0.62-1.57 g/kg.The spatiotemporal distribution of total nitrogen and total phosphorus contents in top soil indicated that the transplantation of Scirpus mariqueter had achieved certain results in the ecological restoration of east tidal flat of Nanhui district.There was a close relationship between total nitrogen content in top soil and the growth and distribution of Scirpus mariqueter.The salinity and moisture content of top soil,as well as the elevation of the sampling points,were the main influencing factors for the growth and distribution of Scirpus mariqueter.
