园林建筑中的秸秆灰对水泥基材料性能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 园林建筑中的秸秆焚烧后会产生大量的秸秆灰,对环境造成严重污染。通过测试不同秸秆灰掺量对水泥基材料工作性能、强度和干燥收缩性能的影响规律,并分析其影响机制,从而探究秸秆灰在水泥基材料中的应用潜力。结果表明:秸秆灰的掺入可以显著降低水泥浆体的流动度,增加水泥浆体的流动度经时损失及剪切应力和黏度,增大水泥浆体的初凝和终凝时间。当秸秆灰掺量为5%时,可以明显降低水泥浆体的孔隙率,密实孔结构,从而有效提高水泥基材料的抗压强度。而且,秸秆灰的掺入还可以有效降低水泥砂浆的干燥收缩,且随着秸秆灰掺量的增加而下降。 Burning straw from garden buildings will produce a lot of straw ash,causing serious pollution to the environment.In this experiment,the influence law and mechanism of the different straw ash content on working performance,strength and drying shrinkage of cement-based materials were studied to explore the application potential of straw ash in cement-based materials.The results showed that the addition of straw ash significantly reduced the fluidity of cement slurry and increased the fluidity loss,shear stress and viscosity of cement mortar,meanwhile increasing the initial and final setting time of cement paste.When the content of straw ash was 5%,the porosity of cement paste was significantly reduced,and the pore structure was compacted,thus improving the compress strength of cement-based materials effectively.Moreover,the addition of straw ash effectively reduced the dry shrinkage of cement mortar,and the dry shrinkage was decreased with the increase of straw ash content.
