摘要
通过对乙烯焦油中萘系芳烃进行溶剂萃取富集,得到二者混合物,可应用于诸多方面。首先经过筛选、复配得到复合萃取剂M,而后考察了萃取反应温度、时间及萃取级数对富集萘系芳烃效果的影响。在最优工艺条件下萃取出的萘及甲基萘占原料中萘及甲基萘的96%以上,同时复合萃取剂的回收率高达92%以上,可循环利用。该方法操作简单,不仅环保还降低了成本。
The naphthalene aromatics in ethylene tar were enriched by solvent extraction to obtain their mixture,which can be used in many applications.The effect of extraction reaction temperature,time and number of extraction stages on the enrichment effect of naphthalene aromatics was investigated after screening and compounding to obtain the compound extractant M.The naphthalene and methylnaphthalene extracted under the optimal process conditions accounted for more than 96% of the naphthalene and methylnaphthalene in the raw material,while the recovery of the compound extractant was more than 92%,which could be recycled.The method is simple to operate,and not only environmentalfriendlybut alsoreduces thecost.
