摘要
丁酸梭菌具有营养体和芽孢体,芽孢体具有耐高温、耐胃酸、耐胆碱的特性;能在肠道内定植,与其他益生菌共生,代谢产物具有抑菌性,抑制致病菌降低腹泻率;通过酸类发酵阶段产生的丁酸,是细胞重要的能量来源。丁酸梭菌被誉为肠道健康第一菌,在饲料禁抗中发挥重要的作用;断奶仔猪日粮中添加丁酸梭菌(2.0×10^(5)CFU·g^(-1)),日增重提高1.3%、料重比降低5.9%、腹泻率降低20.24%;肉仔鸡日粮中添加丁酸梭菌(2.0×10^(5)CFU·g^(-1)),采食量提高1.5%、日增重提高6%、料肉比从1.72降至1.64。
Clostridium butyricum has trophosome and spore body,and the spore body has the characteristics of high temperature resistance,gastric acid resistance,and choline resistance;It can be colonized in the intestinal tract,symbiotic with other probiotics,and its metabolites have bacteriostasis to inhibit pathogenic bacteria and reduce diarrhea rate;The butyric acid produced during the acid fermentation stage is an important energy source for cells.Clostridium butyricum is known as the first healthy gut bacterium and plays an important role in the prohibition of antibiotics for feed;Weaned piglets were fed diets supplemented with clostridium butyricum(2.0×10^(5) CFU·g^(-1)),daily weight gain increased by 1.3%,feed to weight ratio decreased by 5.9%,and diarrhea rate decreased by 20.24%;Broilers were fed diets supplemented with clostridium butyricum(2.0×10^(5) CFU·g^(-1)),feed intake increased by 1.5%,daily weight gain increased by 6%,and feed to meat ratio reduced from 1.72 to 1.64.
