摘要
由于环境保护的重要性,过氧化氢在化工生产中应用得越来越广泛,因其在使用后没有有毒有害物质的产生,目前市场的需求量越来越大,所以人们对过氧化氢生产技术的研究越发深入。对近年来的蒽醌法生产过氧化氢技术中的加氢工艺研究、催化剂制备及使用、工作液溶剂和载体的选取进行分析,对过氧化氢生产提供一定的指导。
Due to the importance of environmental protection,hydrogen peroxide is more and more widely used in chemical production,because there is no toxic and harmful substances after use,the current market demand is increasing,so people have more and more in-depth research on the production technology of hydrogen peroxide production.In this paper,the hydrogenation process,catalyst preparation and use,and selection of working fluid solvent and carrier in anthraquinone production technology in recent years were mainly analyzed,so as to provide some guidance for hydrogen peroxide production.
