摘要 浙江石油化工有限公司350万t·a^(-1)柴油加氢裂化装置以生产满足重整装置进料要求的重石脑油为目的,在开工运行后加氢裂化反应器床层温度频繁发生热点、压降异常升高,对装置的安全平稳运行生产造成严重影响。针对装置存在的问题,从改变原料配比、调节反应温度等多种手段进行处理并分析数据,通过剖析卸出催化剂的异常情况判断问题发生原因,提出解决问题的办法。通过更换大连院加氢裂化催化剂并进行适当的内构件优化,解决了该装置加氢裂化反应器热点频发的问题。 The 3.5 Mt·a^(-1)diesel Hydrocracking unit of ZPC aims to produce heavy naphtha for CCR.However,the hot spot and abnormal pressure drop occurred frequently in reactor bed normal operation that had seriously affected the safety and stable production of unit.In response to the problems existing in the unit,various methods such as adjusting the feed configuration and reactor temperatures were used to process,and the data were analyzed.The cause of the problem was determined by analyzing the abnormal situation of the dumped catalyst,and the solutions to these problems were determined.Through replacing the hydrogenation cracking catalyst of FRIPP and optimizing the internals,the problem of frequent hot spot in the hydrogenation cracking reactor of the unit was solved.
