摘要
埃尔诺的“外部日记”三部曲用断片式书写截取现代城市日常生活的片段,以“扁平”的语言和客观的叙事深入城市空间的内部,同时又保留了作家作为观察者的个人视角和情感体验。作者通过记录外部世界,重构对我们所处时代的记忆,通过标记这个时代的标志性空间和物体,使这个时代不被遗忘。“外部日记”记录了作者对大型超市的观察和思考。超市作为现代性的典型空间凝结了时代的氛围,反映了消费文化、资本主义制度对个体习惯和情感的塑造。本文从超市的空间布局及其功能、新型人际关系的产生、阶级和性别的区分、象征消费和欲望共同体的建立四个方面入手,研究埃尔诺外部日记中对超市的记录和思考。
Annie Ernaux's trilogy of the"diaries of the outside"captures the segments of ordinary people's daily life in the modern city,and delves into the interior of the urban space by using"flattened"language and objective narrative,while preserving her personal viewpoint and emotional experience as an observer.By documenting the external world,the author strives to save the memories of our era from oblivion by marking the iconic spaces and objects of this era.As a typical space of modernity,hypermarkets encapsulate the atmosphere of the epoch,reflecting how consumer culture and the capitalist system shape individual habits and emotions.By exploring the spatial layout and functions of supermarkets,the emergence of new interpersonal relationships,the distinction of class and gender,the symbolic consumption and the formation of the communities of desires,this study examines the records and reflections on hypermarkets in Ernaux's"diaries of the outside."
