导师制结合真实病例讨论教学法在神经内科住院医师规范化培训中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨导师制结合真实病例汇报教学法在神经内科住院医师规范化培训(简称住培)中的应用研究。方法选取2020年9月至2022年10月进入我院神经内科专业基地轮转的65名住院医师为研究对象。住院医师入轮转科室后随机分配指导医师,为本科轮转阶段的导师。住院医师根据随机法分为观察组和对照组,观察组住院医师采用导师制结合真实病例讨论汇报的教学方式,对照组住院医师采用传统教学方法。教学评价采用出科考核及360度评价相结合。结果观察组住院医师在神经内科轮转阶段的出科考核理论成绩高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组住院医师在神经内科轮转阶段的出科病历书写及技能考核成绩高于对照组,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。360度评价结果显示观察组住院医师对指导医师评价高于对照组,观察组指导医师对住院医师评价高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义。结论导师制结合真实病例讨论汇报教学方式有助于提高指导医师的带教能力,提高住院医师在神经内科基地轮转的培训效果。 Objective To explore the application of tutorial system combined with real case discussion in the standardized residency training of neurology department.Methods From September 2020 to October 2022,65 residents who entered the Neurology Department of our hospital were selected as the research subjects.After admission,the residents were randomly assigned to resident training teachers,who were the supervisors of the undergraduate rotation stage.According to the random method,the residents were divided into the experimental group and the control group.The experimental group was taught with the"tutorial system"combined with real case reporting teaching method,while the control group was taught with the traditional teaching method.The teaching evaluation was carried out by the combination of examination and 360-degree evaluation.Results The theoretical scores in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,with statistical differences.The results of medical record writing and skill assessment in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group in the rotation stage of Neurology Department,with no statistical differences.The 360-degree evaluation results showed that the evaluation of tutors for residents in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,and the evaluation of residents for tutors in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,with statistical differences.Conclusion The teaching method of tutorial system combined with real case reporting teaching in standardized residency training in neurology department can improve the teaching ability of resident teachers and the effect of rotation training of residents in the neurology department.
