摘要
目的探讨导师组教学在骨科住院医师规范化培训(简称住培)中的应用效果。方法将2020年9月—2021年12月在该院骨科住培的79名住院医师随机分为两组,观察组由导师组负责教学,对照组使用传统教学模式。通过考核和问卷方式对比两组教学效果、教学质量和教学满意度。结果教学效果方面,两组住院医师在骨科理论(33.90分比29.95分)、技能操作(25.97分比22.70分)和病例分析(25.85分比22.20分)上,观察组均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。教学质量方面,在病历书写质量(16.64分比14.13分)、科研成果成绩(15.38分比14.28分)上,观察组均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05),两组在医患沟通、医护配合和日常考勤的得分差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。教学满意度方面,在授课方法、临床思维训练、临床操作指导和科研能力培养等方面,观察组均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。两组在团队精神、医德医风的满意度方面,差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。结论导师组教学可以显著提高骨科住院医师规范化培训的效果,具有积极的教学意义。
Objective To explore the effect of mentor-group teaching in standardized training of orthopedic residents.Methods Seventy-nine residents who received standardized training for resident physicians in the Department of Orthopedics of this hospital from September 2020 to December 2021 were randomly divided into two groups.The observation group was taught by the mentor-group teaching,while the control group used the traditional teaching mode.The teaching effect,teaching quality and teaching satisfaction were compared between the two groups through assessment and questionnaire.Results In terms of teaching effect,the scores of residents in the two groups in orthopedics theory(33.90points vs 29.95 points),skill operation(25.97 points vs 22.70points)and case analysis(25.85 points vs 22.20points)were statistically different,and the scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(all P<0.05).In terms of teaching quality,there were statistical differences in the quality of medical records writing(16.64 points vs 14.13 points)and scientific research results(15.38 points vs 14.28 points)of residents in the two groups(all P<0.05).The scores of doctor-patient communication,medical cooperation and daily attendance between the two groups were not significantly different(all P>0.05).In terms of teaching satisfaction of teaching methods,clinical thoughts training,clinical operation training,and scientific research ability training,satisfaction in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(all P<0.05).There was no statistical difference in the satisfaction of team spirit and medical ethics between the two groups(all P>0.05).Conclusion The mentor-group teaching can significantly improve the effect of standardized training of orthopedic residents and has a positive teaching significance.
