氯虫苯甲酰胺对3种赤眼蜂的安全性评价

Safety evaluation of chlorantraniliprole on three Trichogramma species

氯虫苯甲酰胺是当前防治玉米害虫较为常用的杀虫剂,采用药膜法测定该药剂对玉米螟天敌3种赤眼蜂的急性毒性,从而评价氯虫苯甲酰胺对赤眼蜂的安全性。结果表明,氯虫苯甲酰胺对松毛虫赤眼蜂、玉米螟赤眼蜂、螟黄赤眼蜂的致死中浓度LC_(50)分别为7.17、2.85、0.0076 mg/L,该药剂对螟黄赤眼蜂具极高风险,对玉米螟赤眼蜂具高风险,对松毛虫赤眼蜂具中等风险。建议在田间释放天敌防治害虫期间避免施用氯虫苯甲酰胺,并注意放蜂期和施药期的时间间隔。

Chlorantraniliprole is a commonly used insecticide to contr ol corn pests.The acute toxicity of chlorantra-niliprole to three Trichogramma species,T.dendrolimi Matsumura,T.ostriniae Pang et Chen,and T.chilonis Ishii,was determined by the film method and the safety of chlorantraniliprole to Trichogramma was evaluated.The sublethal effect of chlorantraniliprole on the survival and reproduction of three Trichogramma wasps was also studied.
