《伤寒杂病论》定量理论中治疗法度思想探微

Exploration of thoughts of therapeutic law in quantitative theory of Shanghan Zabing Lun

张仲景的定量思想体现在辨证论治的各个方面,通过对《伤寒杂病论》原文进行仔细研读和深入分析,探究该书治疗中的法度思想以及其中蕴藏的深层涵义及临床价值。总结出其治疗法度思想不仅体现在量化语言描述上,更体现在剂型、治法、方药煎服以及在治疗中充分考虑病位、体质因素等方面。说明张仲景精准把握疾病的治疗法度,加强对该思想的系统分析和总结运用,以期为临床诊治过程中选方用药和剂量的法度把握提供依据和思路来源。

ZHANG Zhongjing’s quantitative thought is reflected in all aspects of syndrome differentiation and treatment.Through careful study and comprehensive analysis of the original text of Shanghan Zabing Lun,this paper explored the legal thought reflected in the treatment of the book,as well as its deep meaning and clinical value.It is concluded that the thought of treatment method is not only embodied in quantitative language,but also in dosage form,treatment method,prescription decoction and taking full consideration of disease location,constitution factors in treatment.It shows that ZHANG Zhongjing accurately grasps the idea of quantitative method in the treatment of diseases,strengthens the systematic analysis and summary application of this idea,in order to provide the basis and source of ideas for the measurement and control of prescription and dosage in the process of clinical diagnosis and treatment.
