从王旭高治肝思想论肝癌的治疗

Discussion on the treatment of liver cancer from WANG Xugao’s thought in treating the liver

清代著名医家王旭高论治肝病时以“肝气”“肝风”“肝火”为纲,重视肝病与脾肾的关系,强调整体治疗,并总结出治肝三十法,被后世尊为“治肝楷模”。其学术思想在肝癌的辨治中有一定的启发意义。文章以王旭高治肝三十法为立足点,与笔者中医治疗肝癌的思考结合并总结如下:辨证方面,参考王旭高三纲辨证,把握肝癌分期与主症;治疗方面,效仿王旭高肝、脾、肾同治,疏肝理气与健脾补肾兼施;调护方面,注重情志因素,适当给予心理疏导,以情治病。

WANG Xugao,a famous doctor in the Qing dynasty,treated liver diseases with‘liver qi’,‘liver wind’and‘liver fire’as the key points,paying attention to the relationship between liver diseases and spleen and kidney,emphasizing holistic treatment,and summed up 30 ways to treat the liver,which was honored by later generations as‘model for liver treatment’.His academic thoughts have certain enlightening significance in the diagnosis and treatment of liver cancer.This article took WANG Xugao’s thirty methods for treating the liver as a foothold,combined with the author’s thinking on the treatment of liver cancer in traditional Chinese medicine,and summarized as follows:In terms of syndrome differentiation,refer to WANG Xugao’s three cardinal principles to grasp the stages and main symptoms of liver cancer;in terms of treatment,follow the example of WANG Xugao’s liver,spleen and kidney are treated at the same time,soothe the liver and regulate qi while invigorating the spleen and nourishing the kidney;in terms of nursing,pay attention to emotional factors,give appropriate psychological counseling,and treat diseases with emotion.
