糖尿病肾脏病益气祛风通络治法探讨

Discussion on the treatment of diabetic kidney disease by benefiting qi,expelling pathogenic wind and dredging collaterals

糖尿病肾脏病“微型癥瘕”在糖尿病久病入络的基础上形成,是糖尿病肾脏病的基本病机,在其形成过程中存在“肾络伏风”的病理环节。针对该基本病机,临床灵活应用益气祛风通络法可改善症状、减少蛋白尿等,已有确切疗效,实验研究发现该治法可减轻组织病理损伤、调控免疫炎症相关分子通路,提示益气祛风通络法具有重要理论价值与临床价值。

The‘micro-Zhengjia’of diabetic kidney disease(DKD)is the basic traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)pathogenesis of DKD,forming on the basis of chronic diseases transforming to collaterals.In the course of it formation,there could be pathological links of‘latent wind in kidney collaterals’.According to the basic pathogenesis,the flexible clinical application of benefiting qi,dispelling pathogenic wind and dredging collaterals can ameliorate symptoms and reduce albuminuria,and has a definite effect.Experimental studies have found that this treatment can reduce pathological lesion and regulate molecular pathways related to immune inflammation,suggesting it has important theoretical and clinical value.
