摘要
目的:采用傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT IR)结合聚类分析快速鉴别不同产地灰毡毛忍冬。方法:以4000~400 cm-1为红外光谱扫描范围,计算1800~400 cm-1二阶导数,进行图谱解析;以1800~400 cm-1范围内吸收峰为指标进行SIMCA聚类分析。结果:不同产地灰毡毛忍冬一维红外光谱谱形相似,在1632、1523、1446、1378、1317、1270、1152、1054 cm-1显示共有峰。二阶导数图谱峰形、峰高、峰位都有所不同。红外光谱结合聚类分析法对不同产地灰毡毛忍冬的聚类结果良好,类间距1.84~3.96;识别率均达100%;云南产地拒绝率最高,为98%,湖北襄阳产地拒绝率最低,为73%;类模型图也显示了良好的聚类效果。结论:FTIR与聚类分析法相结合可以快速、无损地对不同产地灰毡毛忍冬进行区分,对其合理应用具有重要意义。
Objective:To study the feasibility of the rapid identification methods for Lonicera macranthoides Hand.-Mazz.from different producing areas by using Fourier-transform infared reflection(FTIR)and clustering analysis.Methods:The spectrum was analyzed with 4000~400 cm-1 as the infrared spectrum sacnning range and 1800~400 cm-1 as the second derivative range.SIMCA cluster analysis was performed using absorbance and absorption peaks of 1800~400 cm-1 as indexes.Results:The one-dimensional infrared spectra of Lonicera macranthoides Hand.-Mazz.from different producing areas were similar with common peaks at 1632,1523,1446,1378,1317,1270,1152 and 1054 cm-1.The peak shapes,peak heights and peak positions in the second derivative spectra were different.FTIR combined with clustering analysis showed good clustering results for Lonicera macranthoides Hand.-Mazz.from different producing areas.The between-class distance was in the range of 1.84-3.96.The recognition rates were 100%.The highest rejection rates were in Yunnan province up to 98%,and the lowest was 73%in Xiangyang Hubei province.In addition,the diagram of its class model also showed good clustering effect.Conclusion:The combination of FTIR and cluster analysis can quickly and nondestructively analyze Lonicera macranthoides Hand.-Mazz.from different producing areas,which is of great significance for its rational application.
