基于窠囊理论辨治恶性淋巴瘤

恶性淋巴瘤是原发于淋巴结或外淋巴组织、器官的血液系统恶性肿瘤,病情缠绵复杂,且近年来发病率呈上升趋势,严重影响了患者的生活质量和身心健康。李仝教授通过长期临床实践,结合目前中医对于恶性淋巴瘤认识,认为“痰瘀互结”遂成“恶核”,从窠囊理论进行辨证论治,结合伏邪理论,认为其病机以正气亏虚、脏腑气血阴阳失调为本,痰、瘀、毒互结为标。在临证中,强调以“培元固本、导痰破瘀”为治疗大法,同时注重调畅气机、引伏而出,临床效验颇丰。

Malignant lymphoma(ML)is a malignant tumor of the blood system originating from lymph nodes or perilymph tissues and organs.Its condition is complex,and its incidence rate has increased in recent years,which has seriously affected the quality of life and physical and mental health of patients.Professor LI Tong,through long-term clinical practice and combined with the current understanding of traditional Chinese medicine for ML,believes that‘phlegm and blood stasis are intertwined’and thus become‘evil nuclei’.He dialectical treatment is based on the theory of kenang,and combined with the theory of underlying evil,he believes that the pathogenesis of ML is based on the deficiency of vital energy and the imbalance of yin and yang in visceral qi and blood,with phlegm,blood stasis,and toxin intertwined as the standard.In clinical practice,emphasis is placed on the treatment of‘strengthening the foundation,guiding phlegm and breaking blood stasis’as the main method,while also emphasizing the regulation of qi and the guidance of qi,resulting in abundant clinical efficacy.
