通窍活络法治疗视网膜动脉阻塞的临床经验

Clinical experience of treating retinal artery occlusion by the method of dredging the main and collateral channels

视网膜动脉阻塞是眼科常见的急性致盲性疾病,对视力影响大。由于介入治疗时间窗短、手术治疗仍在研究阶段,就诊人群多采取保守治疗。本病属中医“络阻暴盲”范畴,其主要病机为络脉瘀阻。文章通过举验案两则,旨在总结许家骏教授运用目络学说分析本病病因病机的思路,治疗上主张以通窍活络、益气升阳法为原则,加以理气、化痰、散结等药物对症治疗,同时配合西医治疗,可以改善临床症状,提高生活质量,以期为本病的临床诊治提供参考经验。

Retinal artery occlusion is a commom acute blinding disease in ophthalmology.It has a great effect on vision.Because the time window of interventional therapy is short and surgical treatment is still in the research stage,most patients receive conservative treatment.Traditional Chinese medicine divides it into the category of‘sudden visual loss induced by collateral stagnation’.The main cause of this disease is that channels were blocked by blood stasis.This paper gave two medical cases in order to summarize professor XU Jiajun’s ideas on analyzing the occurrence process of the disease.He advocated that the method of dredging the main and collateral channels combined with benefiting qi and rasing yang.At the same time,add some herbs that can adjust qi and eliminate lumps according to symptoms.This method of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment can improve the clinical symptoms and improve quality of life.This article aimed to provide reference experience for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of this disease.
