难治性肾病综合征病理机制复杂,预后较差,目前尚未形成确切有效的治疗方案,中西医结合治疗难治性肾病综合征疗效确切。于大君教授对难治性肾病综合征的诊治具有丰富的临证经验,文章旨在介绍于大君教授从脾论治难治性肾病综合征的学术观点,其认为本病病位以肾为主,还需重视脾虚和湿邪在难治性肾病综合征病理变化的重要地位,主张以健脾补肾、利水祛湿为根本大法。分析其典型案例,以供探讨。

The pathological mechanism of refractory nephrotic syndrome is complex and the prognosis is poor.At present,there is no exact and effective treatment plan.The treatment of refractory nephrotic syndrome with integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine is effective.Professor YU Dajun has rich clinical experience in the diagnosis and treatment of refractory nephrotic syndrome.This article aimed to introduce her academic views on the treatment of refractory nephrotic syndrome from the perspective of the spleen.Professor YU believes that the disease is mainly located in the kidney,and it is necessary to pay attention to the important position of spleen deficiency and dampness in the pathological changes of refractory nephrotic syndrome.Professor YU advocates invigorating the spleen and tonifying the kidney,dispelling water and removing dampness as the basic method.The typical cases were analyzed for further discussion.
