基于《灵枢》“狂忘不精”探讨经方在神志疾病中的应用

Exploring the application of classic prescriptions in mental disorders based on‘Kuang Wang Bu Jing’in Lingshu

文章通过重新考察“狂忘不精”的含义,基于《黄帝内经》对“狂忘不精”内涵进行分析,围绕《伤寒杂病论》中涉及神志疾病的典型方剂展开研究。发现“狂忘不精”的本义为行为异常、不精明了、判断失准,呆傻健忘甚至无法正确处理事务。并对《伤寒杂病论》中治疗此类疾病的方剂:桂枝加龙骨牡蛎汤、桂枝去芍药加蜀漆牡蛎龙骨救逆汤、桃核承气汤、抵当汤、防己地黄汤等进行探讨、总结与鉴别,以期为经方论治神志疾病提供新的视角。

In this paper,the connotation of‘Kuang Wang Bu Jing’was analyzed based on Huangdi Neijing,and the classic prescriptions in Treatise on Febrile and Miscellaneous Diseases were studied in relation to mental disorders.It was found that the original meaning of‘Kuang Wang Bu Jing’was abnormal behavior,insensitivity,inaccurate judgment,dumbness and forgetfulness,and even inability to handle affairs correctly.Relevant prescriptions in Treatise on Febrile and Miscellaneous Diseases such as Guizhi and Longgu Muli Decoction,Guizhi Qu Shaoyao Jia Shuqi Muli Longgu Jiuni Decoction,Taohe Chengqi Decoction,Didang Decoction,Fangji Dihuang Decoction,etc.were discussed,summarized and identified,in order to provide a new perspective for the treatment of mental diseases by the classic prescriptions.
