女性肥胖态靶辨治策略

State-target differentiation and treatment strategy of female obesity

我国超重、肥胖人群的数量逐年上升,女性在人生的各个阶段均会受到肥胖的困扰。仝小林教授采用态靶辨治的策略将女性肥胖进行分期,根据患者儿童期、青春期、育龄期、围绝经期、老年期的生理变化特点,总结出不同时期女性肥胖之“态”,并确定系列“靶方靶药”进行辨治。即在儿童期开郁理气、调补脾胃,青春期舒肝和胃、调畅情志,育龄期补中益气、化瘀补肾,围绝经期滋阴降火、补肾助阳,老年期填精扶阳、调理神气等。并且结合患病的原因,积极“治未病”防止合并症的出现。

Over the last few years,the number of overweight and obese people in China has greatly increased.Women will be troubled by obesity at all stages of their lives for various reasons.Professor TONG Xiaolin sumes up the state of female obesity in different periods,and determines a series of‘target formulas and target Chinese materia medica’to improve the clinical efficacy using the state-target differentiation and treatment.On this basis,according to the physiological characteristics of the patients in childhood,adolescence,childbearing age,perimenopausal,and old age,combined with specific target formulas and target Chinese materia medica for treatment.That is,regulating qi and relieving depression or harmonizing and tonifying spleen and stomach in childhood;soothing liver and relaxing stomach or regulating emotion in adolescence;tonifying middle and replenishing qi or removing blood stasis and tonifying kidney in childbearing ages,nourishing yin for lowering fire or tonifying kidney and assisting yang in peri-menopausal period;replenishing essence and nourishing yang or tranquilizing mind in old age and so on.During the treatment course,it is important to consider the causes of the disease to actively treat disease before its onset while avoiding the occurrence of complications.
