非小细胞肺癌患者舌象图像特征与血液指标动态变化关系及规律研究

Study on dynamic changes and regularity of tongue image characteristics and blood indicators in patients with non-small cell lung cancer

目的:研究舌象图像特征在非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)患者发生发展以及治疗过程中与临床指标的动态变化关系及规律。方法:以病情进展为观察点,对38例、338例次NSCLC患者进行动态监测,采用线性逐步回归分析方法对“舌象-血液”指标进行分析,观察NSCLC进展过程中舌象图像特征与血液指标的动态变化。结果:进展前后血液指标和舌象图像指标差异有统计学意义,CEA、NSE、Fg、TC-b、perPart升高,PT、PT(INR)、TB-a、TB-b、TC-L、perAll降低,线性逐步回归分析结果显示CEA与perAll呈负相关;NSE与TC-L呈负相关;PT与TC-b呈正相关,与perAll、TB-L分别呈负相关;PT(INR)与TC-b呈正相关,与perAll、TB-L分别呈负相关;Fg与perAll独立负相关。“舌象-血液”指标图显示在疾病进展过程中舌象图像指标与血液指标有共同变化趋势。结论:舌象图像特征在NSCLC疾病进展中有一定规律性,并与血生化及肿瘤标志物的变化有一定的相关性,连续监测患者的舌象图像特征与血液指标变化对预后判断有辅助意义。

Objective:To investigate the dynamic relationship and patterns of tongue image features with clinical indicators during the development and treatment of non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC)patients.Methods:Taking the progress of the disease as the observation point,38 patients(338 times)with NSCLC were monitored dynamically.The‘tongue image-blood’index was analyzed by linear stepwise regression analysis,and the dynamic changes of tongue image characteristics and blood indexes during the progress of NSCLC were observed.Results:There were statistically significant differences in blood indices and tongue image indices before and after progression,with CEA,NSE,Fg,TC-b,and perPart elevated,and PT,PT(INR),TB-a,TB-b,TC-L,and perAll decreased.Linear stepwise regression analysis showed that CEA was negatively correlated with perAll;NSE was negatively correlated with TC-L;PT was positively correlated with TC-b and negatively correlated with perAll and TB-L,respectively;PT(INR)was positively correlated with TC-b and negatively correlated with perAll and TB-L,respectively;and Fg was independently negatively correlated with perAll.The graph of‘tongue image-blood’indexes showed that there was a common trend of change between tongue image indexes and blood indexes in the process of disease progression.Conclusion:Tongue image features have certain regularity in the progress of NSCLC,and have certain correlation with the changes of blood biochemistry and tumor markers.In the process of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of NSCLC,continuous monitoring of tongue image features and blood indexes is of auxiliary significance for prognosis judgment.
