摘要
炭类中药是中医药体系中最具特色的中药炮制品之一,长久以来广泛应用于各种出血性疾病治疗中且疗效突出。近年来,诸多学者从各个角度对炭类中药的止血作用机制进行了相关研究,并取得了一定的成果,但是却无法从整体上阐释炭类中药共有的止血作用。文章基于中性粒细胞外陷阱的血管闭塞机制,尝试从理论上解释不同来源的炭类中药如何通过这一共有机制发挥止血作用。
As one of the most distinctive herbal processed products in the Chinese medicine system,charcoal Chinese medicine has long been widely used in various bleeding disorders with outstanding efficacy.In recent years,many scholars have conducted studies on the mechanism of the hemostatic effect of charcoal Chinese medicine from various perspectives and have achieved certain results,but the common hemostatic effect of charcoal Chinese medicine is still unclear.The mechanism of vascular occlusion based on neutrophil extracellular trap could theoretically explain how different sources of charcoal Chinese herbs could exert hemostatic effects through this common mechanism.
