进出口固体物质氧化性识别技术研究

Research on Identification of Oxidability Import and Export Solid Substances

摘要 具有氧化性的固体物质在进出口运输及储藏过程中,与可燃物等作用可引发燃烧或爆炸,需在进出口前确认其氧化性,从而采取适宜的措施。本研究研制了一种自动化、精度高的固体物质氧化性检测仪,通过采用光敏传感器检测可见光波段火焰和红外热释电传感器检测红外光波段火焰的双波段复合式火焰检测技术。应用该设备对高锰酸钾和硝酸银的氧化性进行检测,证实了该技术的准确性和稳定性。研究还发现不同环境温度条件对固体物质氧化性测试结果没有十分显著的影响。本研究为海关实验室对进出口固体氧化性物质的检验提供了高精度的检验方法,对促进固体氧化性物质的进出口贸易和保障固体氧化性物质的进出口安全具有重要意义。 Solid substances with oxidability can cause combustion or explosion in the process of import and export transportation,and their oxidability needs to be confirmed before import and export.This study developed an automated high-precision detector for the oxidation of solid substances,which used a dual band composite ffiame detection technology that used a photosensitive sensor to detect visible light band ffiames and an infrared pyroelectric sensor to detect infrared light band ffiames,effectively improving the accuracy of solid substance oxidation identification.The equipment was used to test the oxidizing properties of potassium permanganate and silver nitrate,which confirmed the accuracy and stability of the technology.At the same time,it was found that different environmental temperature conditions had nosignificant impact on the test results of solid substance oxidability.This study provides a high-precision inspection method for Customs laboratories to inspect the import and export of solid oxidizing substances,which is of great significance for promoting the import and export trade of solid oxidizing substances and ensuring the import and export safety of solid oxidizing substances.
