玉米粉中黄曲霉毒素B_(1)的测定能力验证结果与方法分析

摘要 通过参加玉米粉中黄曲霉毒素B_(1)的测定能力验证,对检测结果和质量控制过程进行分析评价,以提高检验员的检测能力和水平,确保检验结果的准确性。根据能力验证参试指导书、免疫亲和柱操作说明书和GB 5009.22—2016《食品安全国家标准食品中黄曲霉毒素B族和G族的测定》第三法,本实验室采用高效液相色谱-柱后碘衍生法对玉米粉进行检测,并通过多种质量控制手段对测定结果进行评价。结果表明,编号20-P198和20-U632样品中黄曲霉毒素B_(1)检测结果分别为4.53μg/kg、8.71μg/kg,样品|Z|值分别为0.0、0.3,能力验证结果满意,为食品中黄曲霉毒素的相关检测提供了参考。 By participating in the verification of the determination ability of aflatoxin B,in corn flour,the test results and quality control process were analyzed and evaluated to improve the detection ability and level of inspectors and ensure the accuracy of the test results.According to the instructions for proficiency testing,the operation instructions of immunoaffinity column and the third method of Determination of Aflatoxins B and G Groups in Food under the National Standard for Food Safety(GB 5009.22-2016),the laboratory adopted high performance liquid chromatograph-post-column iodine derivation-method to detect corn flour.The results were evaluated byvarious quality control methods.The results showed that the detection results of aflatoxins B,in samples numbered 20-P198 and 20-U632 were 4.53μg/kg、8.71μg/kg,respectively,and the|Z|valuesofsamples were 0.0 and 0.3,respectively.The results of proficiency testing were satisfactory,providing a reference for the detection of aflatoxins in food.
