摘要
为明确市场上常见葡萄干和红枣表面真菌丰度,采用传统培养方法对孟加拉红培养基、马铃薯葡萄糖琼脂培养基和沙氏葡萄糖琼脂培养基等进行筛选,对真菌生长量趋势进行研究,并通过显微镜观察真菌形态结构。结果表明,黑加仑葡萄干在3种不同培养基上的真菌生长量均高于其他品种的葡萄干,和田大枣在3种培养基上的真菌生长量也远高于其他红枣品种。葡萄干和红枣表面的真菌均在孟加拉红培养基上生长量最多,其次为马铃薯葡萄糖琼脂培养基和沙氏葡萄糖琼脂培养基。葡萄干和红枣的真菌从第2天开始在培养基上有菌落生长,生长至第5天数量趋于稳定,不再增加,并对真菌进行了形态和显微镜镜检观察。本研究旨在了解不同葡萄干和红枣表面的真菌丰度,掌握微生物的种类和生长培养规律,为干果微生物的种类研究和提高干果质量提供帮助。
In order to determine the abundance of fungi on the surface of commonly available raisins and red dates in the market,traditional culture methodswere employed to screen three different culture media:rose bengal agar,potato dextrose agar and sabouraud dextrose agar.The growth trend of fungiwas studied,and fungal morphological structureswere observed under amicroscope.The results showed that the fungal growth of blackcurrant raisins on all three media was higher than that of other raisin varieties,and the fungal growth of Hotan red dateson three different media was also significantly higher than that of other varieties.The maximum fungal growth on the surface of raisins and red dates was observed on rose bengal agar,followed by potato dextrose agar and sabouraud dextrose agar.The fungal colonies of raisins and red dates began to grow on the culture medium from the second day,stabilizing on the fifth day with no further increase.The fungi's morphology was further observed under the microscope.This study aims to understand the microbial abundance on the surface of different raisins and red dates,and comprehend the microbial species and their growth and culture patterns.This would assist in researching the types of microorganisms on dried fruits and improving their quality.
