摘要
HM-I(复合高模量剂)/SBS复合改性沥青综合了高模量沥青与SBS改性沥青的优势,能显著提升混合料的高温性能。采用残留稳定试验、冻融劈裂试验、低温弯曲试验、车辙试验、四点弯曲疲劳试验及动态模量试验,分析HM-I/SBS复合改性高模量沥青混合料的路用性能及动态力学性能,并与基质沥青+硬质沥青颗粒及HM-I/基质沥青所制备的混合料进行对比。结果表明,HM-I/SBS复合改性高模量沥青混合料的高温性能、低温性能、水稳定性、抗疲劳性能及动态模量值更为优异,且各项技术指标均满足高模量沥青混合料的需求。
HM-I(composite high modulus agent)/SBS composite modification combines the advantages of high modulus asphalt and SBS modified asphalt,and can significantly improve the high-temperature performance of the mixture.The residual stability test,freeze-thaw splitting test,low-temperature bending test,rutting test,four-point bending fatigue test,and dynamic modulus test were used to analyze the road performance and dynamic mechanical properties of HM-I/SBS composite modified high modulus asphalt mixture,and the mixture prepared by matrix asphalt+hard asphalt particles and HM-I/matrix asphalt was compared.The results show that HM-I/SBS composite modified high modulus asphalt mixture has better high-temperature performance,low-temperature performance,water stability,fatigue resistance,and dynamic modulus values,and all the technical indicators meet the requirements of high modulus asphalt mixture.
