总结近年来上海市公安局交通警察总队(以下简称交警总队)智慧公安建设取得的工作成效,分析发展过程中存在的制约与问题,研究从推动发展方向改制转型、推动系统赋能实战作用、推动数据质量稳步提升、推动创新驱动高效应用等四个方面的应对措施,并提出具体工作路径与建议。

Summarize the work achievements of the Shanghai Public Security Bureau Traffic Police Corps(hereinafter referred to as the Traffic Police Corps)in the construction of smart public security in recent years,analyze the constraints and problems in the development process,study response measures from four aspects:promoting development direction restructuring and transformation,promoting system empowerment and practical effects,promoting steady improvement of data quality,and promoting innovation driven efficient applications,and propose specific work paths and suggestions.
