上海市工程建设规范《绿色公路技术标准》编制研究

The Research of《Technical Standard of Green Highway》for Shanghai Engineering Construction

为推动上海“生态之城”建设,促进上海公路建设持续健康地发展,并为绿色公路建设提供理论支撑和方法依据,研究编制了上海市工程建设规范《绿色公路技术标准》。从规范定位、编制思路、规范特点三个方面,阐述了该规范的研究框架。该规范的编制,将更好地支撑和规范上海绿色公路的建设及管养,对推动公路行业绿色发展、加快转型步伐具有重要意义。

In order to promote the construction of Shanghai as an"ecological city",promote the sustainable and healthy development of Shanghai's highway construction,and provide theoretical support and methodological basis for the construction of green highway.The Technical Standards for Green Highway,a project construction specification of Shanghai,has been developed.This paper expounds the research framework of the specification from three aspects of the specification positioning,compilation idea and specification characteristics.The compilation of this specification will better support and standardize the construction,management and maintenance of green highways in Shanghai,and which is of great significance to promote green development of the highway industry and accelerate the pace of transformation.
