钢箱组合梁拱桥真实温度荷载模式及响应分析

摘要 大跨径钢-混凝土组合结构桥梁中,由于两种材料热学性质和构件日照情况不同,会产生明显的非线性温度分布与复杂的结构响应。采用基于环境实测气象参数的构件温度场精细化模拟方法,分析一座钢箱组合梁拱桥的温度场及响应情况。结果表明:大跨径组合结构桥梁具有显著的温度异步性,真实温度场与规范的规定有所不同,朝向与材料不同的各个构件之间温度荷载及响应差异较大,其中,西侧钢梁的温度应力超过了32 MPa,对组合截面中桥面板的影响尤为值得关注。 Differences in thermal properties and sunshine conditions of different materials can produce obvious nonlinear temperature distribution and complex structural effects in long-span steel-concrete composite bridges.The temperature field and response of a steel box composite girder arch bridge are analyzed using a refined simulation method of component temperature field based on the measured meteorological parameters of the environment.The results show that the long-span composite structure bridge has significant temperature asynchrony,and the actual temperature field is different from the requirements of the specification.The temperature load and response of components with different orientations and materials are quite different.Particularly,the temperature stress of the steel girder on the west side exceeds 32 MPa,which has a significant effect on the composite section.
