摘要
目前,国内外学者基于主流BIM平台,发挥BIM软件的参数化设计优势,开展了大量的管片三维空间排布技术研究,但已有研究成果普遍存在自动化程度不足且不适用于局部块体预埋槽道的问题。为了解决上述缺陷,介绍一种基于Dassault/CAA架构开发的盾构隧道BIM设计程序,用于批量创建考虑局部块体预埋槽道的管片环定位骨架模型。将该程序与Dassault软件的Assembly Pattern模块、复杂几何造型和参数化设计功能融合,可以实现盾构隧道的快速、批量BIM设计。将盾构隧道相邻连续各管片环的旋转状态以树形结构表达,开发用于对该树形结构进行生成、获取等操作的基础函数,在CAA程序调用上述函数,实现管片环最优化位姿筛选。分别从算法研究、程序开发、工程应用的角度,详细介绍该程序,为基于Dassault/CAA架构的其他BIM技术研究提供了思路和方法。
Presently,based on mainstream BIM platforms,domestic and foreign scholars have carried out a large number of research on 3D spatial layout design of segment by giving full play to the parametric design function of BIM software.However,these research results generally have the problems of insufficient automation,and are not suitable for shield tunnels with pre-buried channel on local blocks.In order to overcome above defects,this paper introduces a shield tunnel BIM design program based on Dassault/CAA architecture,which is used to create positioning skeleton model in batch considering pre-buried channel on local blocks.By integrating this program with“assembly pattern”module,complex geometric modeling and parametric design functions of Dassault software,the rapid and batch BIM design of shield tunnel can be realized.Express the rotation states of adjacent segments using a tree data structure.Develop some basic functions which can generate such a tree structure and acquire information from this tree.In the CAA program,above functions are invoked to filter optimal postures for segments.This paper introduces the program in detail from the perspective of algorithm research,programming and project application,which provides ideas and methods for other BIM research based on Dassault/CAA API development.
