摘要
介绍了机载锚杆钻机电液控制系统的结构原理和系统组成,重点介绍了主要执行机构如钻箱马达、给进油缸的液压控制原理,以及电液控制系统的电气原理、控制流程。在地面搭建了试验台,并进行了自动钻孔和安装锚杆试验。试验结果表明,机载锚杆钻机电液控制系统实现了锚杆支护过程中的自动钻孔、安装和紧固锚杆,与常规的液压阀机械手柄操作相比,提高了钻机的自动化程度,保证了操作安全,降低了劳动强度。
Introduced the structural principle and system composition of the electro-hydraulic control system of the on-board bolt drilling rig,and focuses on the hydraulic control principle of the main actuators such as the drilling motor and the feed cylinder,as well as the electrical principle and control flow of the electro-hydraulic control system.The test bench was built on the ground,and the automatic drilling and bolt installation tests were carried out.The test results show that the electro-hydraulic control system of the on-board bolt drilling rig realizes the automatic drilling,installation and fastening of the bolt in the process of bolt support.Compared with the conventional hydraulic valve mechanical handle operation,it improves the automation of drilling rig,ensures the safety of operation and reduces the labor intensity.
