摘要
通过总结防爆铅酸蓄电池使用中发生的故障,确定影响使用寿命的因素。对内阻、电解液浓度、温度、放电电流、充电方式、单体均衡性等影响因素分项进行试验研究,并对车辆在煤矿应用的情况分析,判断其对防爆铅酸电池循环寿命的影响,得到维持防爆铅酸蓄电池容量、延长循环寿命的措施,保证了矿用胶轮车更加安全可靠长久的运行。
By summarizing the faults occurring in the use of the explosion-proof lead-acid battery,the factors affecting the service life were determined.The factors affecting the internal resistance,electrolyte concentration,temperature,discharge current,charging mode,and monomer balance,the experimental research were carried out separately,and the application of the vehicle in the coal mine was analyzed to determine its impact on the cycle life of the explosion-proof lead-acid battery.The measures to maintain the capacity of explosion-proof lead-acid battery and extend the cycle life were obtained to ensure the safe,reliable and long-term operation of the mine rubber wheel vehicle.
