摘要
设计了一种高适配性中厚煤层采煤机,可实现采高范围2.0~5.2 m,电压等级满足1140 V和3300 V这2种配置,可适配SGZ764、SGZ800、SGZ900、SGZ1000等规格刮板输送机,总装机功率最大可达1320 kW、截割功率最大可达550 kW、牵引功率最大可达90 kW,根据客户需求采煤机可配置高精度自动化功能。为适应智能化综采工作面需求,开发了无线网络5G-WiFi高带宽低延迟系统,首次将5G技术融入采煤机中,有效解决长距离传输信号不稳定的问题,可靠性高、适应性强。
Designed a high adaptability medium thick coal seam shearer,which can realize the mining height range of 2.0-5.2 m,the voltage level meets two configurations of 1140 V and 3300 V,and can be adapted to SGZ764,SGZ800,SGZ900,SGZ1000 and other specifications of scraper conveyor.The total installed power is up to 1320 kW,the cutting power is up to 550 kW,and the traction power is up to 90 kW.According to customer requirements,the shearer can be configured with high-precision automation function.In order to meet the needs of intelligent fully mechanized mining face,developed a wireless network 5G-WiFi high bandwidth and low delay system,5G technology was integrated into the shearer for the first time,which effectively solved the problem of unstable long distance transmission signal,with high reliability and strong adaptability.
