摘要
为提升三通流量阀的流量特性,以某款数字型三通流量阀为研究对象,通过建立数学模型推导出影响三通流量阀流量特性的结构参数:调压弹簧刚度及其预压缩量、压力补偿阀芯的初始位置和长度。利用AMESim软件对其进行了建模与仿真分析。仿真结果表明,随着弹簧刚度增大、预压缩量减小,流量超调量减小、稳定时间变短;在压力补偿阀芯的初始位置一定的情况下,随着压力补偿阀芯长度的增加,变负载工况下流量稳定性得到提升,但系统功率也会随之增加。该研究结果为此类阀的设计提供理论依据,具有现实指导意义。
In order to improve the flow characteristics of the three-way flow valve,taking a digital three-way flow valve as the research object,the structural parameters that affect the flow characteristics of the three-way flow valve were derived by establishing a mathematical model:the stiffness of the pressure regulating spring and its pre-compression,the initial position and length of the pressure compensation valve core.It was modeled and simulated by AMESim software.The simulation results show that with the increase of spring stiffness and the decrease of pre-compression,the flow overshoot decreases and the stabilization time decreases.When the initial position of the pressure compensation valve core is fixed,with the increaseof the length of the pressure compensation spool,the flow stability will be improved under variable load conditions,but the system power will also increase.This study results provides theoretical basis for the design of such valves and has practical guiding significance.
