采煤机内喷雾中心水管压力试验工装的设计与应用

摘要 采煤机摇臂冷却系统分为内、外喷雾冷却系统。内喷雾系统水路需要经过壳体水道后将冷却水传递至行星头部安装的滚筒喷雾系统,从而达到滚筒截割降尘的作用,这就需要使用一个中心水管穿过齿轮腔及二级行星机构减速器将采煤侧与采空侧的水路联通。而采煤机作业时水管一旦泄漏就会引起油水混合,导致传动系统失效,所以水管的密闭性能非常重要,需要设计一种中心水管打压的工艺设备来对其进行检测。阐述了一种中心水管的水压试验工装的设计与应用。 The cooling system of shearer rocker arm is divided into internal and external spray cooling fog systems.The water path of the internal spray system needs to pass through the shell water channel to transfer the cooling water to the drum spray system installed at the planetary head,so as to achieve the role of drum cutting and dust reduction,which requires a central water pipe to pass through the gear chamber and the secondary planetary gear reducer to connect the water path at the mining side and the gob side.Once the water pipe leaks during the operation of the coal mining machine,it can cause oil water mixing,leading to the failure of the transmission system.Therefore,the sealing performance of the water pipe is very important.It is necessary to design a process equipment for pressing the central water pipe to detect it.Expound the design and application of a hydraulic test fixture for the central water pipe.
