摘要
液压支架中使用了大量焊接结构件。作为焊接结构中首道工序的下料工序,目前多采用数控切割的方法。绘制下料图纸作为数控切割工艺流程的第一步,其图形绘制尺寸准确与否直接影响了液压支架焊接结构件的后续工序。以ZY12000液压支架的顶梁为例,对数控切割中下料图纸绘制的工艺要点进行了分析。
A large number of welded structural parts are used in the hydraulic support.As the blanking process of the first process in the welded structure,the NC cutting method is currently used.As the first step of the NC cutting process,the accuracy of the drawing size directly affects the subsequent process of the hydraulic support welding structure.Taking the roof beam of ZY12000 hydraulic support as an example,analyzed the key points of blanking drawing in CNC cutting.
