摘要
采煤机整机装配调试完成后,一般需要将其拆解成摇臂、牵引箱、电控箱三大部件。由于拆解过程需要对机身进行起吊作业,需要顶撑一个牵引箱和中间段,而两大部件总质量最高在60 t左右,会大于行车的最大起重能力,甚至需要2个行车同时工作。起重因素严重制约了整机拆装的进度,且对生产产生安全隐患。故考虑设计一种自动顶升装置,将其置于机身下方起到顶升的作用,同时其不顶升作业时还需起到机械支撑的作用,防止机身下坠给工人带来的安全隐患。
After the assembly and debugging of the entire shearer is completed,it is generally necessary to disassemble it into three major components:the rocker arm,traction box,and electric control box.Due to the lifting operation of the machine body during the disassembly process,a traction box and a middle section need to be supported,and the maximum total mass of the two major components is about 60 tons,which will be greater than the maximum lifting capacity of the crane,even two cranes need to work simultaneously.The lifting factors seriously restrict the progress of the entire machinedisassembly and assembly,and create huge safety hazards to production,Therefore,it is considered to design an automatic jacking device,which is placed below the body to perform the lifting function.At the same time,it also needs to play a mechanical support role when not lifting,so as to prevent the safety of workers caused by the body falling.
