目前国内散料输送主要以带式输送机为主,其由卸载部、驱动部、单元机身、机尾部、承载物料的输送带、拉紧装置等部件构成。传统带式输送机单元机身均是由托辊架、H架、中间架、斜撑、下托辊架以及托辊、螺栓、螺母等标准件构成。轻量化便捷式带式输送机单元机身各个部件之间依靠U形限位槽或销轴固定联接,结构简单、重量轻,易于生产加工,实现了产品安装便捷,工人省时省力,大大降低了工人劳动强度,提高了工作效率,同时也降低了输送机的生产成本,具有广阔的市场前景。
