摘要 永磁变频直驱技术相比于传统驱动方式,具有低转速、大转矩、结构简单、传动效率较高、方便维修、噪声小且免维护等特点。某矿主平硐带式输送机采用一种新型高压永磁变频直驱的驱动方式与控制系统,与传统驱动方式进行对比,可实现煤矿在安全、高效、节能及绿色基础上的智能化目标。 Compared with the traditional driving mode,the permanent magnet direct drive technology has the following characteristics:lower speed,greater torque,simple structure,higher transmission efficiency,easy maintenance,low noise and maintenance-free characteristics.A new driving mode and control system of high-pressure permanent magnet frequency conversion direct drive were adopted for the main adit belt conveyor in a mine,and compared with the traditional driving mode,it can realize the intelligent goal of coal mine on the basis of safety,high efficiency,energy saving and green.
