锚杆转载机组在巷道掘进过程中快速支护的应用 被引量:1

摘要 我国的传统巷道掘进采用掘进机+单体锚杆钻机的方式,巷道锚护采用单体锚护钻机需要多人配合完成,费时费力且锚护效率低。同时掘进时无法锚护,锚护时无法掘进。锚杆转载机组从根本上解决了这一突出问题,实现了掘进时的锚杆同步锚护,搭载多个钻臂可实现多钻臂同时锚护作业,大大提高了锚护效率。锚杆转载机组在黄陵二号矿使用过程中,锚护效率提高到传统锚护的2倍以上,给矿方带来了可观的经济效益。 In our country,the traditional roadway driving method is roadheader+single anchor drilling rig,and the roadway anchoring is completed by single anchor drilling rig,which requires the cooperation of many people and is time-consuming and laborious,and the anchoring efficiency is low.At the same time,it can′t be anchored when driving,and it can′t be driven when anchoring.The bolt transfer unit fundamentally solved this outstanding problem,and realized the simultaneous anchoring of bolts during excavation.With multiple drilling arms,the simultaneous anchoring operation of multiple drilling arms can be realized,which greatly improves the anchoring efficiency.During the application of bolt transfer unit in Huangling No.2 coal mine,the efficiency of bolt support has been increased to more than twice that of traditional bolt support,which has brought considerable economic benefits to the mine.
