云南三江并流区域中华蜜蜂形态特征分析

Analysis of Morphological Characteristics of Apis ceranacerana in the Area of the Three Parallel Rivers in Yunnan Province

从云南省三江并流区域(怒江州、迪庆州)的8个采样点共采集27群中华蜜蜂样本,针对每群10只工蜂分别测定了29个形态指标。以云南省其他地区及吉林、辽宁、广东、广西、四川等省份的中华蜜蜂形态学数据作为参照,进行了主成分分析、因素分析和聚类分析。结果表明云南三江并流区域中华蜜蜂种群内部呈现较大形态特征差异。与云南省其他地区及其他省份的种群相比较,亦存在显著地形态差异。三江并流区域中华蜜蜂在第五背板覆毛长度5h、后足基踏节长ML、前翅翅脉角K19/E9/L13、第三背板长T3、第四背板长T4、第四背板色度Pt4等形态指标上呈现较显著地差异性特征。

We collected a total of 27 colonies of Apis cerana cerana samples from 8 sampling sites in the Area of the Three Parallel Rivers(Nujiang and Diqing)in Yunnan Province,and 29 morphological indexes were tested for 10 workers in each colony.We used the morphological data of Apis cerana cerana from the other districts of Yunnan Province and Jilin,Liaoning,Guangdong,Guangxi,,Sichuan Province asreference for Principal Component Analysis,Factor Analysis and Cluster Analysis.The results showed that there were significant morphological differences among Apis cerana cerana samples from the Area of the Three eParallel Rivers,andthere were also significant morphological differences among the other places of Yunnan Provinces and other areas.There were significant morphological differences in the fifth abdominal terga hairlength,the length of the basal tarsus of the hind foot,the forewing venation angles K19/E9/L13,the size measures length of abdominal terga 3 and 4,and the color of the fourth abdominal terga.
