数字寻踪·以流定形:基于LBS大数据的高等院校更新设计探索

摘要 在新世纪初大规模并高速度的校园建设热潮之后,20年来大学校园空间也不同程度地出现功能空间活力缺失、见物不见人等突出问题,因而高等院校的校园设计正逐渐向问题导向、以人为中心的更新优化转变。本文在梳理更新当代国际校园实践案例的基础上,总结当前校园更新的共性问题与趋势,并提出基于LBS大数据的数字化校园更新研究与设计框架,进而以动态定位分析技术挖掘师生的时空行为特征,凝练人本视角下的校园空间问题,以此为高校空间优化更新设计提供支持。本次研究旨在从校园物质空间与师生时空行为之间的互动关系出发,探索出基于LBS大数据分析的高等院校更新设计方法,为既有校园建成环境的人本化评估提供理论与实证依据,真正促进高校校园空间更新设计的人本化。 At the beginning of the new century,campus construction presented a large-scale and high-speed boom.In the past 20 years,there have been some prominent problems in campus space,such as the lack of vitality of functional space,and the incompatibility between the original space form and the new demand for use.Therefore,the design of campus space is changing to the renewal and optimisation oriented to the user's spatial needs.Based on the analysis of international campus design cases in the era of renewal,this paper summarises the common problems and development trends of campus renewal.In addition,dynamic positioning analysis technology is used to explore the spatiotemporal behaviour characteristics of teachers and students,refine campus space issues from a humanistic perspective,and provide support for optimising and updating the design of university space.The purpose of this study is to explore a method for updating and designing colleges and universities based on LBS big data analysis,starting from the interactive relationship between campus physical space and the space-time behaviours of teachers and students,to provide theoretical and empirical evidence for the humanistic evaluation of the built environment of existing campuses,and to truly promote the humanisation of the renewal and designing of campus space.
