意见挖掘视角下历史文化街区空间后评估研究

Post-Occupancy-Evaluation of Spaces in Historical and Cultural Districts from a Sentiment Analysis Perspective

利用网络点评数据探究用户对城市历史文化街区空间感知与满意度是当今POE发展潮流之一。本文旨在研究该方法对历史文化街区的后评估应用,以周村古商城为例,借用自然语言处理技术挖掘网络点评文本,对其进行情感量化分析并结合SD法二级评价尺度建立后评估体系,得出基于意见挖掘视角使用后评估结果并验证分析。

It is one of the development trends of POE to explore users spatial perception and satisfaction of urban historical and cultural blocks by using online comment data.Taking Zhoucun Ancient Trade Block in Shandong,China as an example,natural language processing technology is used to mine the text of online comments,quantitatively analyse their sentiment,and combined with SD.The post-evaluation system is established based on the second-level evaluation scale of the law,and the post-evaluation results based on the perspective of opinion mining are obtained,the verification results are analysed,and the post-evaluation application of this method to historical and cultural blocks is studied.
