摘要
我们钟爱的烧烤,在秦汉之际就已经风靡全国,成为时尚又复古的风雅饮食。汉高祖刘邦即位后,“常以烧烤鹿肝生肚下酒”,汉昭帝甚至还举办过“烧烤节”。而如何吃烧烤,在这时也颇有讲究。《礼记·曲礼》中的“进食之礼”,提出了十几条“吃规矩”,其中一条是“毋嘬炙”,专门针对吃烤肉:不要狼吞虎咽,如此塞满口腔,不及细嚼,仪态不佳。
