Lu Embroidery in Jinan

鲁绣即山东绣,又称“衣线绣”,是古文献中记载最早的绣种之一,是北方民间刺绣的代表。它最迟自春秋战国时期在齐鲁大地起源,传承至今已有2600多年的历史。鲁绣是山东省非物质文化遗产的重要组成部分,2018年被列入国家级非物质文化遗产名录。刺绣最初是用于服装上的装饰,为帝王公卿独享。到了春秋战国时期礼乐崩坏,刺绣便由帝王公卿的章服发展到民间。当时齐鲁地区的织绣最为发达,素有“齐纨”“鲁缟”之说,可见这一地区妇女高超的刺绣技艺已闻名全国。

Lu embroidery,also known as Shandong embroidery or Yixian embroidery,is one of the oldest embroideries recorded in ancient texts,and a represent of folk embroidering art in Northern China.Originated from Shandong Iprovince in the Spring and Autumn period at the latest,Lu embroidery has a history of more than 2600 years.This embroidering art,as an internal part of intangible cultural heritage of Shandong province,was included in the national ICH list in 2018.
