WEE2调控卵母细胞减数分裂的机制及其不孕突变的研究进展

Research progress on the mechanism of WEE2 regulating oocyte meiosis and infertility mutations

摘要 胚胎发育的关键在于正常受精,然后才开始早期有丝分裂[1]。然而,在辅助生殖助孕过程中部分患者表现为反复受精障碍[2]。2018年Sang等[3]首次报道了WEE2基因突变导致的反复受精失败,强调了WEE2基因在卵母细胞成功受精过程中发挥的重要作用。本文重点总结WEE2基因的定位、结构、功能,及其与不孕突变相关的研究进展,探讨WEE2在卵母细胞减数分裂中的分子作用机制。
